My girlfriends and I ordered the oak remembrance tree as a gift for the passing of her dad. We then found out that her dad's favorite tree was the magnolia, so I contacted customer service and asked if we could change our order. They changed it with no problem and when it arrived it was VERY healthy and well grown, so less of a chance it wouldn't survive. I highly recommend this company!

While I can't speak for the tree itself, as it was delivered to someone at a different address. I can say this company has exceptional customer service! I had to email them right after my purchase because I entered the wrong delivery address. They were so quick, friendly and willing to correct my error with no trouble at all. I live in Houston and my Mom and Step Dad live 7 hours away. The ordering was easy. I messed up on the address (autocorrect) I emailed them and they got back to me really fast to advise that they updated it correctly. The shipping was fast (4 days), faster than any other product I’ve ordered through the covid19 pandemic. The tree was about 3 - 4 ft tall and easy enough for me (5 ft 110 lbs) to handle alone. It came with instructions and was very easy to plant.
