No, we deliver your selected trees & plants, with care, directly to your home or recipient.

What tree is best for my zone?

Each of our gift trees has a listed zone and respective zone map for your reference. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via chat, phone or email.

Can I send this as a gift?

Of course! We include a personalized card with your gift message.

Do you ship to all states?

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to ship ANY of our trees to California, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. However, for the state of California we can ship our Growing Tree Kit. In this kit is a small acorn which, given a bit of time, will flourish into a tree.
In addition, citrus trees, including Lemon and Lime trees, cannot be shipped to Arizona, Louisiana or Texas.
Olive trees cannot be shipped to Arizona, as well as the states mentioned above.

What shipping method is used?

Each of our trees are packaged carefully and will ship via FedEx.

How long does it take to arrive?

Estimated shipping time: Once shipped it can take 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) to arrive.

What happens if my tree was damaged/wilted in transit?

Our team has spent a great deal of time to package your tree(s) carefully. Still, your tree has spent time in a box, exposed to different elements, and possibly roughly handled by the carrier. Your tree may appear wilted or dry, but this is common. Allowing a few days and proper watering and care, your tree will rejuvenate itself. For greater concerns of damages after opening your box, please notify us immediately.

Care After Arrival

How soon after receiving the tree can it be planted?

You do not have to plant your tree immediately upon arrival. Your tree can be kept potted for about 6 months. More planting directions on each of our trees can be found on the product page description. If you have further questions about your tree, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Should I remove the plastic bag from the tree? What about the burlap bag?

Yes, your tree should be taken out of both the plastic bag and burlap bag that it arrives in so it can have proper drainage. Also see the article: How to Unpack Your Gift Tree

Do I water my tree once it is delivered?

Your tree has been in transit a few days, upon arrival ensure that it is watered thoroughly.

How often should I water my tree?

Most trees/plants will need watering every 3-4 days.

Does my tree need to be staked?

It is recommended to stake your tree for the first year while it is established in its new home.

Tree Concerns

Why are the leaves turning yellow?

In most cases, yellow leaves are a result of too much water. This occurs by overwatering, too much rain, or poor drainage.

Why are the leaves turning brown or curling?

Brown leaves and curling can be a result of too little water.

What do I do if I think my tree has a pest or fungus?

We recommend treating your tree with a pesticide or fungicide. If you are unsure, feel free to send us some pictures or contact our team for guidance.
