I now understand what went wrong with your order. We should not have charged you for shipping on each individual gable gift box since they were all being delivered to the same address. During your live chat conversation, Maria did not have the detailed information about your order.

It was quite obvious to me that Maria did not have all of the information needed to help and she most certainly pencil whipped the answer back to me without any research of my complaint.
